We're "Boutique."

Teri and Kaylyn have a rich past as executives (Teri as a high-tech CEO, Kaylyn as a VP of HR) and over a decade of executive coaching.  They have authored and edited published leadership curriculum.  What's unique is that they incorporate the latest NeuroScience logic into their coaching and workshop practice, while tailoring it specifically to the client's needs.  They take pride in their nimble and customer-oriented practice, and plan to keep it that way.

Teri Dahlbeck

Teri Dahlbeck is a communication and leadership executive coach supporting senior and C-level executives.  Hundreds of clients have benefited from her comprehensive coaching enriched by her extensive operational career experience: CEO for an Apple and IBM joint-venture; Founder of  global software firm GotMarketing; Sr. Vice President of Marketing, Bus Dev and Product Management for Vicinity Corporation (acquired by Microsoft).  She was awarded Top CEO from Silicon Valley Business Journal TV, and recognized in the Wall Street Journal, Red Herring, Mercury News, USA Today, ABC News and CNN. Her clients include executives from Altera, Infineon, Network Appliance, Google, Oracle, SAP, Silicon Image, TiVO, Twitter, and Yahoo!.   She holds an undergraduate in Informations Systems, and MBA and a post graduate degree in NeuroScience Leadership.  Teri is currently the President of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Kaylyn Lehmann

Kaylyn Lehmann is a communication and career development coach, trainer and facilitator. She is known for authoring complex, powerful concepts and parlaying them into quickly employable techniques. She links the executive’s top motivations to the daily application of newly acquired skills with measurable results.  While VP
of HR for a prominent hospitality chain in Boston, she was awarded the prestigious “Hot Concept” award from the National Restaurant Association.  Her clients proclaim that she is the catalyst for “behavioral changes that last.” Kaylyn’s client list includes ADP, Applied Materials, AT&T, Bank of America, California State Legislature, Chevron, Federal Aviation Administration, and United Airlines. Her authored curriculum has been used in Starwood Hotels and Yahoo!   She was chosen to be the top technical editor of the book “Customer Service
for Dummies”.
