Get Calm Quick Tip: CHANGE your Body Chemistry With This 1-2 min Breathing Trick!
1) Slow nose-inhale through nose on a slow 4 second-ish count, hold for 2 seconds-ish
2) Don’t exhale! Do a second small nose inhale to expand lungs to the max, hold 2 seconds-ish
3) Slow exhale through the mouth 8 seconds-ish
4) Repeat 3-5 times.
Slow inhales promote deep oxygenation, slow exhales lower heart rate, and activate the vagus nerve. The result is a legitimate calming effect - quickly. Move forward feeling calmer and more confident.
