Packages of 6, 12, or ongoing hourly sessions are held weekly or bi-monthly.
We coach leaders at all levels: approximately one-third CEOs, one-third VPs, and one-third Directors. Together, we define goals and practice powerful strategies to up-level your leadership. Whether your current state is motivated, frustrated, or challenged, our coaching sessions create insights for growth and desired results. 360 Feedback
360 Feedback can be incredibly useful for growth and self-awareness. Many times, the awareness is great news, like a prior issue in your performance has been mastered and is no longer an issue. Sometimes the feedback is a realization that you present yourself differently to varied audiences. Simplified Coach offers two options that can be paired with executive coaching or performed independently.
