Creating Healthy, Atomic Habits
We’re not just talking about creating goals or resolutions that end up lasting a few short weeks, then creating a sense of failure when we can’t stick to them. No way! We’re interested in creating sustainable positive changes that really stick!!! In this workshop, we move through guided exercises focusing on values, how to create healthy habits/break bad ones, and carve out the time, space, and motivation to keep our desired habits strong for the long term.

This workshop is dedicated to helping people create new habits that support an organized system at work and in life. It covers many of the basic skills involved in organization and also adds new information to support the current reality of being connected to work 24/7. It is designed to support people who either don’t have an organizational system or have one that isn’t working well.
Spotlight Storytelling - Shine light on your most important messages
In this workshop, you’ll learn a simple framework for turning a business insight into a powerful story you can use in an upcoming presentation, meeting, or one-on-one conversation. By the end of the workshop, each person will have a story ready to tell—and receive personalized feedback and takeaways to keep growing as a business storyteller.

Effective Meetings is a course designed to identify key meeting types and outline what is needed for each to ensure maximum efficacy for hosts and participants. We will practice designing how to lead and organize meetings that serve a distinct purpose, including information-sharing, team bonding, brainstorming, decision-making, and/or action reviews. Get ready to roll up your sleeves and understand what works and doesn’t work around meetings and how you can become a Meetings Master!
Empowerment Strategies integrate awareness and active choice over one’s own thoughts and actions. Empowerment relies heavily upon having a strong belief in oneself, a deep understanding of personal goals, and internal motivation to take necessary steps toward achieving those goals. We unlock the potential for Being At Our Best and personalize actions as part of a roadmap for growth in areas of self-motivation, self-determination, and self-confidence.
Leading with Accountability and Autonomy
In this workshop, participants will define accountability, identify personal, professional, and environmental obstacles, and learn tools to initiate and manage expectations to create a culture of accountability in others. They will also dive into the psychological aspects of managing driven, high-achieving individuals in a way that allows them to thrive, elevating the whole team and its impact. Finally, they will work together to design a handbook of considerations when determining the risks/rewards of autonomy & accountability in various situations.
The Power and Practice of Adaptive Leadership (Formerly Situational Leadership)
This workshop helps leaders learn to establish effective relationships that bring out the best in people - through reading situational cues and context, understanding individual development needs for a task, and then flexing to them. A Situational Guide to Leadership is invaluable in teaching leaders to behave in alignment with their teams and to help them make the most impact.
