Think about the “ends” of your body parts - toes, fingers, top of your head. Pick one and start moving the joints around slowly, stretching different parts of your body. This can be done at work, in the restroom, in a vehicle. Take a moment to stretch, and start with an extreme extremity to guide you around your body.
