June Challenge

The challenge this month is about questioning your own thoughts. It is our thoughts and our internal stories that lead us to the emotions that we feel, which then affect our actions and our relationships. Questioning your own thoughts is useful for a lot of reasons, including being able to master your emotions and the conversations you need to have. There are many ways to do this, but your challenge for this month is to try one specific way. The one way I want you to try is when you're in an emotionally charged situation or a situation where you don't know what to do, you're at a crossroads, I want you to picture that situation as if you're in a movie watching it happen with the actors. You're just an observer watching this happen. What is your internal dialogue telling all of these different people to do? Take a look and a listen at that dialogue and figure out what from there, if your thoughts are completely well-rounded and valid, and then you can proceed with the actions.
