Whenever I'm tempted to take the easy way out, I think about Brené Brown's message of Daring Greatly. Success isn't always guaranteed, but what matters is knowing you gave your best. Did you show up? Did you get in the arena? Did you give it your all?

So ask yourself: What level of quality are you bringing to your work each day?
