Unpacking Stressful Thoughts: Feeling Frustrated With Someone?
Living in that frustration with someone else can be self-righteous or self-abusing.
Try this: judge them with 3 words, then turn it around and see if you can learn anything that is as true or truer and have more confidence in your thoughts about them, or yourself.
Example:
They wronged me. I wronged them. (Where could that be true, and what do I want to do about it?)
They hurt me. I hurt them. (Where could that be true, and what do I want to do about it?)
They frustrate me. I frustrate them. (Where could that be true, and what do I want to do about it?)
