Yes, you are exhausted. That’s how you feel. What thought can you add to it that feels right?
Example:
I know, no pain no gain on this one, but I am giving it until (this date) to try.
Why am I not having my own back and creating a boundary? Do I need someone to help me do that?
This sentence is repeated so much even I’m sick of it. I’m going to replace it with: _______.
